Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Riversdale project delivery team in Brisbane. You will coordinate façade, building services and finishes, working with the Project Manager, Site Manager and subcontractors to ensure design, construction and handover align with quality standards.

You will review drawings and documentation, manage RFIs and project registers, and facilitate design coordination through meetings and workshops with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating façade systems, building services and finishes across project stages.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate façade, building services and finishes across all project stages.
• Facilitate design coordination through meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Review drawings/specifications to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage RFIs, approvals, registers and programme tracking for façade/services/finishes.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to drive timely outcomes.
• Support subcontractor procurement, tender reviews and technical assessments.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, compliance and progress.
• Coordinate shop drawings, technical submissions and commissioning records.
• Assist with authority approvals and service requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning and energisation activities.
• Contribute to project handovers with documentation and deliverables.
