SRG Global is seeking an organised and proactive Site Coordinator to join our Facades division in South Australia. Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients, you will coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and site administration across multiple façade projects.

This role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery and completion. Ideal candidates have experience in site coordination or project administration, strong

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a Site Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Construction Administration role.
• Strong document control and project administration capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience using construction management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint or similar platforms will be highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, registers and quality records.
• Support Project Managers with project planning, reporting, scheduling and day-to-day coordination activities.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records of project progress and site activities.
• Monitor and maintain document control systems including Aconex, SharePoint and project filing structures.
• Process timesheets, cost tracking, purchasing requests and project administration requirements.
• Assist with variations, progress claims, invoicing support and project reporting.
• Coordinate material deliveries, logistics activities and stock control where required.
• Maintain project records, warranties, handover documentation and as-built information.
• Support the Facades team with general site administration and operational activities across active projects.
