Job summary

Syndeticom Pty invites a Project Coordinator to support project delivery from initiation to completion. You will work with Project Managers and operations to coordinate activities, manage documentation, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivery.
• Attend client and site meetings and distribute minutes and actions.
• Prepare project schedules and track milestones.
• Monitor labour, costs and expenditure across projects.
• Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries and material needs.
• Track variations and quote out-of-scope work.
• Prepare completion documentation and handover reports.
• Generate invoice requisitions and support financial management.
• Maintain accurate project records in management systems.
