Job summary

Colliers in Perth is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate the administrative functions of projects, supporting Engineers and Project Managers to deliver client work efficiently and accurately.

The role focuses on taking routine admin tasks away from engineers and designers so they can focus on client management and technical work, while maintaining records and improving delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Must be quick learner and problem solver.
• Able to effectively manage priorities and work on various projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret and communicate basic technical information to clients and teams.
• Support Project Managers to plan and manage projects across all delivery stages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, supporting Engineers to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Manage project administration including proposals, setup, contracts, tender processes, invoicing and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, authorities and internal teams to coordinate approvals and communications.
• Maintain accurate project records, financial data and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
