Colliers International in Perth is seeking a Senior Engineer, Civil to join our growing team. The role requires relocation to Perth and leads a project delivery team, driving successful execution from inception to project completion.

You will manage scope, coordinate designs, and oversee contract administration while building strong client relationships and contributing to sustainable profit delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and managing projects through all stages of project delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.
• High level industry awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application and contract administration.
• Coordinate designs and ensure successful project delivery to meet client expectations.
• Develop relationships with clients and maintain existing relationships.
• Forecast workloads with principals to meet project deliverables and contribute to profit.
• Manage commercial risk with prudent judgement.
