Job summary

FinXL Professional Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement. You will establish an Authoritative Customer Migration Baseline, design migration journeys, and map end-to-end future-state processes while performing impact assessments across commercial, IT, and reporting dependencies.

Strong stakeholder management and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex environments (enterprise scale).
• Experience leading large-scale customer migration or network transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency in data baselining across IT systems and dependency mapping.

Responsibilities

• Establish an Authoritative Customer Migration Baseline to create a single source of truth for enterprise products and sites.
• Build a scoring methodology and framework to group customers into prioritisation cohorts and migration waves.
• Map and design end-to-end Customer Migration Journeys alongside future-state process models.

FinXL is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

Establish an Authoritative Customer Migration Baseline to create a single source of truth for enterprise products and sites.

Build a robust scoring methodology and framework to group customers into prioritisation cohorts and migration waves.

Map and design end-to-end Customer Migration Journeys alongside future-state process models.

Perform detailed impact assessments covering commercial, financial, IT systems, and reporting dependencies.

Develop executive funding packs, decision support materials, and maintain ongoing stakeholder management logs.

Formulate a comprehensive Customer Engagement Plan to mitigate risk during network transition phases.

Prepare complete transition and handover documentation to enable seamless customer-led execution.
