Job summary

• Manage and facilitate OH&S responsibilities for the project.

What do you do?

• Deliver projects from pre-construction through to handover of up to $15 million.
• Negotiate with trades, asses variations (as required), progress reporting, and pre & post-construction contract negotiations.

• Previous experience delivering projects between $5m - $15m.
• Experience working on commercial new build projects.
• Construction or building-related degree or diploma.
• Solid programming experience & good management experience of leading a team including Contract Administrators.
• A consistent work history working for top tier 3 building and construction companies.
• Knowledge of writing high-quality contract scope and specification documents.
