Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to drive planning, scheduling, forecasting and performance reporting across major projects in Australia. You will lead controls initiatives and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Role focuses on implementing Earned Value Management, developing integrated schedules and dashboards, and mentoring controls personnel while collaborating with stakeholders to hit contractual

Qualifications

• Experience leading project controls on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of schedule, cost, resources and risk.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM or Design & Construct environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project controls frameworks and governance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, baselines and WBS.
• Lead planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting across all project phases.
• Monitor performance against schedule, cost, productivity and resource targets.
• Prepare and maintain cost, resource, cash flow and completion forecasts.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance measurement methodologies.
• Analyse project data, trends, risks and opportunities for informed decisions.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project delivery, commercial and client teams to hit milestones.
