Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics is seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to oversee planning, scheduling, forecasting and performance measurement across major projects in Australia.

You will develop controls frameworks, integrated schedules (WBS), dashboards and KPIs, mentor junior staff and partner with delivery, commercial and client teams to achieve milestones. Strong Primavera P6, EVM, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, resource planning and progress measurement.
• Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Advanced Excel and reporting including dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence project outcomes with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience on EPC/Design & Construct environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project controls frameworks, systems and governance processes.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, baselines and WBS.
• Lead planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting across all phases.
• Monitor performance against schedule, cost, productivity and resources targets.
• Prepare cost, resource, cash flow and completion forecasts.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
• Analyse project data, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Partner with project delivery, commercial and client teams to milestones.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to project controls personnel.
