• Experience in a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator role.
• Experience in engineering, construction, consulting or professional services environments is valued.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration support across engineering projects, including setup and close-out.
• Support project financial management through invoicing, forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, supplier invoices and project records.
• Assist with proposals, fee schedules and client deliverables.
• Organise meetings and maintain project resources for efficient teams.
