Job summary

Fleetwood Australia seeks an organised Project Administrator to join our Queensland operations and support education, government, social infrastructure and modular construction projects across the state.

You will provide administrative and project support, manage project documentation and reporting, ensure compliance, and coordinate communications with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration or a similar support role within construction or project environments.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience managing document control systems, project records and administrative processes.
• Understanding of project documentation, handover requirements, and building certification processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, records and registers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Produce regular and ad hoc project reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate and monitor project compliance documentation, including handover requirements.
• Compile, manage and archive project safety, quality and contract documentation.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams to support delivery.
• Generate, track, process and follow up project-related documentation and correspondence.
• Maintain project registers including defects, maintenance and compliance records.
• Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, record minutes and distribute actions.
• Coordinate travel bookings and logistics in line with project requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by assisting with administrative systems.
