We are currently seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our client's team within the commercial fencing and gates industry, based in Dandenong South.

Assist with project correspondence, drawings, approvals and outstanding information.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Assist with general reporting and project administration as required.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Construction Administrator or Project Support role.
Exposure to the construction industry, preferably within commercial construction.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience with construction platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Hammertech, Simpel or SharePoint will be highly regarded.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
We are looking for someone who is more than just an administrator. You'll be someone who takes initiative, anticipates what needs to be done and follows tasks through to completion without needing constant direction.
You’ll play an important part in supporting the wider Project Team, ensuring documentation is up to date, installation bookings are organised and nothing falls through the cracks.
