  • Meticulous approach to documentation accuracy and record management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across internal teams, clients and external trades.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a project team.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Management Support: Provide direct administrative assistance to the Project Manager and HSEQ Manager, including reporting, data entry, and record management.
  • Document Control: Manage project correspondence, filing, and site documentation maintenance using OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Quality & Compliance: Assist with quality documentation to ensure all project records are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate daily administrative activities involving subcontractors, suppliers, and external trades.
  • Client & Contractual Support: Assist with customer liaison and contractual obligations, including certification requirements and project documentation.
  • Pipeline Support: Set up new job leads and prepare project files for team follow-up.

Eastern Underground is seeking an experienced, proactive Project Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. Playing a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across Victoria, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Management Support: Provide direct administrative assistance to the Project Manager and HSEQ Manager, including reporting, data entry, and record management.
