You will work closely with the Design Manager, Design Project Managers and Construction Project Managers to keep programs on track through effective administration, coordination and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project administration or coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

• Good Excel skills and intermediate MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across design and construction projects.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, drawings and registers.
• Assist Project Managers with tracking, variations and tender administration.
• Manage project forecasts, budget tracking and reporting.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate consultants and subcontractors.
• Support invoicing, claims and project cost management.
• Administer labour tracking and resource scheduling systems.
• Maintain compliance, training and project administration records.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and documentation distribution.

CV Infrastructure Services is seeking an organised and proactive Design Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of our design and construction projects across South East Queensland.

Working closely with the Design Manager, Design Project Managers and Construction Project Managers, you will play a key role in keeping projects on track through effective administration, coordination and reporting. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support across design and construction projects
• Maintaining project documentation, approvals, drawings and registers
• Assisting Project Managers with project tracking, variations and tender administration
• Managing project forecasts, budget tracking and reporting requirements
• Raising purchase orders and coordinating consultants and subcontractors
• Supporting invoicing, claims and project cost management activities
• Administering labour tracking and resource scheduling systems
• Maintaining compliance, training and project administration records
• Coordinating stakeholder communications and project documentation distribution

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a project administration, project coordination or administration role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
• Experience supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure or utilities projects will be highly regarded
