CV Infrastructure Services is seeking an organised and proactive Design Project Administrator to support design and construction projects across South East Queensland. You will work closely with the Design Manager, Design Project Managers and Construction Project Managers to keep programs on track through effective administration, coordination and reporting.

This fast-paced role suits someone who can manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project administration or coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Excel skills and intermediate MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across design and construction projects.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, drawings and registers.
• Assist Project Managers with tracking, variations and tender administration.
• Manage project forecasts, budget tracking and reporting.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate consultants and subcontractors.
• Support invoicing, claims and project cost management.
• Administer labour tracking and resource scheduling systems.
• Maintain compliance, training and project administration records.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and documentation distribution.
