Economic Development Australia Limited seeks two reliable Project Support Officers to assist our Programs and Engagement branch in Melbourne, VIC. You will deliver high-quality administrative and project support to help run key programmes, stakeholder activities and branch priorities.

This full-time, fixed-term role runs until 31 August 2028, with opportunities to contribute to reporting, meetings, and procurement tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in project support or administration.
• Experience using CRM or enquiry management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• provide day‑to‑day admin and project support
• coordinate meetings, events and stakeholder activities
• manage shared inboxes, phone lines and enquiries
• prepare documents, reports and presentations
• maintain project trackers and records
• support surveys, communications and procurement tasks
• stay organised and manage competing priorities
• build strong working relationships
• respond well to changing priorities
• use Excel, Word and PowerPoint confidently
