• Contribute to planning and implementation of activities aligned with goals and timelines.
• Track progress, prepare status reports and identify potential issues or risks.
• Resolves operational service delivery problems consistent with program objectives; apply plans and policies.
• Apply negotiation and motivational skills to manage staff and stakeholders.
• Prepare project scopes and briefs within broad parameters.
• Manage projects, usually under limited direction.
• Provide specialist administrative and corporate support expertise.
