The role emphasizes meticulous coordination, strong communication, and governance—balancing multiple priorities while delivering professional presentations and dashboards for executives.

Qualifications

• Able to create professional presentations using basic word processing and slide tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage alignment between various technical and editorial workstreams.
• Coordinate steering committees with executives and assist in developing professional presentations and corporate reporting dashboards.
• Assist the editorial team in working effectively with the wider business and key stakeholders.
• Maintain the central project repository and governance documentation, ensuring tools like Google Drive and Confluence are kept up to date.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project inquiries and help onboard new team members into the program.
• Monitor activities across different project streams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment to the overall schedule.
