News Corp Australia Sydney is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support a major transformational program across newsrooms. The role acts as an EA for the program, driving governance, managing documentation, and facilitating collaboration between technical and editorial teams.

You will work closely with project sponsors, managers, executives and editorial staff to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business and technology initiatives,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating between technical and editorial workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication across senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop professional presentations and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Align multiple technical and editorial workstreams.
• Coordinate steering committees with executives and develop reporting dashboards.
• Support editorial teams in working with wider business and stakeholders.
• Maintain central project repository and governance docs (Google Drive, Confluence).
• Onboard new team members and serve as a central contact for the program.
• Monitor progress across streams to manage dependencies and schedules.
