Job summary

News Corp Australia is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support a major transformational program across our newsrooms. You will act as the program’s EA, driving governance, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication between technical and editorial workstreams.

The role collaborates with sponsors, managers, executives and editorial teams to drive alignment and delivery.

• Effective cross‑department coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage alignment between technical and editorial workstreams.
• Coordinate steering committees with executives and develop professional presentations and dashboards.
• Assist editorial team in working with wider business and key stakeholders.
• Maintain the central project repository and governance docs (Google Drive, Confluence).
• Serve as central contact for project inquiries and onboard new team members.
• Monitor activities across project streams to manage dependencies and keep the schedule aligned.
