News Corp Australia is seeking a highly organised Program Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support a major transformational program shaping content creation across our newsrooms.

In this role you will act as an EA for the program, driving governance, managing project documentation, and coordinating between technical and editorial workstreams, with close collaboration to executives, sponsors, editors and the broader business.

Program Coordinator

We’re seeking a highly organised Program Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support one of News Corp Australia’s major transformational programs that will revolutionise how we create content across our newsrooms.

Acting as a central coordinator partially within the new PMO/VMO, this role functions similarly to an "EA for the program" by driving governance, managing project documentation, and facilitating communication between technical and editorial workstreams. This is a highly collaborative position where you will work closely with Project Sponsors, Project Managers, executives, and the editorial team to ensure alignment and successful delivery across business and technology-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• You're highly capable of creating and developing professional presentations, with proficiency in basic word processing and slide tools.
• You're an adaptable collaborator who presents well and is driven by organisation and coordination, rather than a senior technical or data analyst background.
• You're a naturally curious problem-solver who is comfortable tracking project health metrics, navigating project data, and liaising across business units.
