News Corp Australia is seeking a Program Services Coordinator to support the Program Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand. This 12‑month fixed‑term contract focuses on coordinating tours, schedules, travel, records, and ensuring smooth delivery in a dynamic, international environment.

About the Role

As Program Services Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Program Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in supporting our tour leaders, coordinating schedules and travel arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the smooth delivery of our tours.

This is a varied role suited to an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and can confidently manage competing priorities.

We are looking for a highly organised Program Coordinator for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support one of News Corp Australia's major transformational programs that will revolutionise how we create content across our newsrooms.

Responsibilities

• Manage alignment between various technical and editorial workstreams.
• Coordinate steering committees with executives and assist in developing professional presentations and corporate reporting dashboards.
• Assist the editorial team in working effectively with the wider business and key stakeholders.
