Job summary

APA Group is seeking a Workday Finance Reporting Lead to join the Integrated Business Planning & Reporting team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis. You will lead the design, development and optimisation of Workday finance reports and dashboards, acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business.

You will manage enquiries and enhancements, participate in testing, and help shape finance reporting as we optimise Workday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and supporting Workday reporting, dashboards and analytics.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting outcomes.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling reporting enhancements, testing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and translate them into Workday reports and dashboards.
• Design, develop and maintain finance reports and analytics aligned with business goals.
• Manage reporting inquiries, defects and enhancements via ServiceNow.
• Lead reporting activities during restructures, acquisitions or divestments.
• Drive process improvements and data visualisation improvements; document and train users.
