Job summary

Rabobank Gruppe in Sydney is seeking an experienced Program Office Manager to drive the Elevate Program, a key strategic transformation initiative in operational risk and resilience. You will join the Elevate PMO to manage governance, budgeting, resource planning and integrated planning on a 24-month fixed-term contract.

This hybrid role requires coordinating governance forums, dashboards and executive reporting, while ensuring actions are tracked to completion and aligning with delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in PMO leadership, program management or large-scale delivery environments.
• Experience managing governance, executive reporting and budgets over AUD 25 million.

• Maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, cross-workstream dependencies and re-planning activities.

Our commitment to our employees & clients is at the heart of everything we do.**About the Role**Rabobank's COO Domain is seeking an experienced Program Office Manager to help drive the successful delivery of the Elevate Program, a key strategic transformation initiative in operational risk & resilience.As a key member of the Elevate Program Management Office (PMO), you will partner closely with the Program Director to manage the program's governance, financial management, resource planning & integrated planning. You will establish the program's operating rhythm, provide visibility of progress & dependencies, proactively manage risks & constraints, & enable informed decision-making to deliver transformation outcomes.**This is a 24-month fixed term contract.****Top Role Accountabilities:*** Oversee day-to-day PMO operations, coordinating delivery across workstreams & delivery partners* Maintain the integrated program plan, managing milestones, cross-workstream dependencies & facilitate integrated & re-planning activities* Establish & strengthen governance frameworks, controls & reporting processes* Coordinate governance forums & steering committees & executive decision-making processes & controls, ensuring actions & decisions are tracked to completion* Deliver clear & insightful program reporting, dashboards & governance packs* Manage program budgeting, forecasting, financial reconciliation & investment tracking* Lead assurance reviews, audits & remediation activities* Coordinate program-wide resource planning, recruitment activities, onboarding, & vendor engagement activities.* Build strong relationships with business, technology, risk & finance stakeholders to support delivery & operational readiness* Coach project teams on governance expectations & best-practice project management* Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, reporting & controls* Provide leadership & guidance to PMO & project support resources across the program**To be successful you will have:*** 8+ years' experience in PMO leadership, program management, enterprise transformation or large-scale delivery environments* Proven experience managing governance, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement & budgets > $25 million* Strong background supporting complex transformation programs in banking or another regulated industry* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence up to executive level* Strong financial acumen, problem-solving capability, & experience managing risks, issues & dependencies* Expertise in program governance, integrated planning, resource & benefits management, & risk & control frameworks* Experience working across Agile & Waterfall delivery environments* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel & PowerPoint), Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence & SharePoint
