Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Australia is seeking an experienced Program Finance Analyst - Controls to oversee cost management, forecasting, and reporting on high-profile defence programs.

You will collaborate with PMO and central finance to monitor performance, establish ERP cost controls, and apply EVM and schedule analysis to deliver reliable EACs and variance insights, enabling timely, informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of project controls: budgeting, change control, cost control, forecasting, and earned value analysis.
• Demonstrated experience driving an earned value tool.
• Familiarity with CASG Cost and Profit Principles desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost control structures to ensure ERP-based cost reporting.
• Manage baseline establishment and change control processes and assess cost impacts.
• Oversee budget development, cost control, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Apply project controls methodologies including earned value management (EVM) and schedule performance analysis.
• Identify project risks, trends and opportunities; recommend mitigation strategies to maintain profitability.
