L3Harris Australia (Integrated Mission Systems Australia) is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to lead and maintain complex program schedules for defence projects in Fremantle. You will work with Program Managers and a cross-functional team to ensure delivery against scope, schedule and budget while driving process improvements.

The role requires a degree in a relevant discipline, project management training, and experience with Earned Value and Open Plan Professional.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent training.
• Project management training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Earned Value Performance management methods.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the program schedule on behalf of Program Managers.
• Oversee large-scale, complex scheduling activities to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Collaborate across teams to secure alignment and resolve schedule challenges.
• Assist in maturing PMO services in line with changing business needs.
