Job summary

Liberty Industrial is seeking a Project Controls Analyst – Cost & Schedule to support project teams with robust cost management, forecasting and integrated controls across Australia and Europe.

You will maintain budgets, track actuals, prepare ETC/EAC, analyse P&L and provide actionable insights to drive commercial decisions. A CPA/CMA is desirable; ERP like Netsuite and Primavera P6 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Project Controls or a related discipline.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent professional certification would be desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyse project budgets, actual costs, commitments, accruals and forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Completion (EAC) and cash flow forecasts with commentary on movements.
• Analyse project P&Ls, EBITDA and margin drivers for management.
• Provide cost control and reporting to site-based teams and project managers.
• Collaborate with planning to align cost forecasts with project schedules.
