Job summary

L3Harris Australia (Integrated Mission Systems Australia) seeks an experienced Program Finance Analyst - Controls to oversee cost management, forecasting and reporting for high-profile programs in Fremantle. You will collaborate with PMO and finance to monitor performance, estimate at completion, and deliver insights for informed decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in project controls, expertise in EVM, budgeting, change control and CASG principles, and advanced Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of project controls: budgeting, change control, cost control, forecasting and earned value analysis.
• Demonstrated experience driving an earned value tool.
• Familiarity with CASG Cost and Profit Principles desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost control structures to ensure ERP project setup meets reporting requirements.
• Manage baseline establishment and change control impacts on cost.
• Oversee budget development, cost control, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Apply project controls methodologies including EVM and schedule performance analysis.
• Identify project risks, trends and opportunities; recommend mitigation strategies to maintain profitability.
