Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Finance Analyst - Controls to oversee cost management, forecasting and reporting for high-profile Australian programs based in Fremantle. This role focuses on delivering accurate performance insights and maintaining strong cost controls across projects.

You will collaborate with PMO and central finance to monitor program performance, establish ERP cost control structures, and deliver EAC, status reports and variance analyses to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, or similar, and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience of project controls methodologies, inc budgeting, change control processes, cost control, forecasting and earned value analysis
• Demonstrated experience driving an earned value tool
• Familiarity with CASG Cost and Profit Principles desirable
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.

• Manage baseline establishment and change control processes, ensuring impacts on cost are assessed and communicated effectively

• Identify project risks, trends and opportunities, recommending mitigation strategies where required to maintain and improve project profitability

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee project controls for some of our high-profile programs, ensuring consistent and accurate cost management, analysis, forecasting and reporting. Through close collaboration with PMO stakeholders and the central finance team, the Program Finance Analyst - Controls will monitor and control project performance to support the delivery of critical projects on time and within budget. Core activities of this role will be centered around tracking project progress & performance to deliver accurate performance, forecasting and reporting insights to enable informed business decisions.

Successful delivery will provide visibility on program status through program planning and control activities including estimate at completion (EAC), status reporting and risk analysis.

Day to day duties will include, but not limited to;
