Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd in Australia’s defence sector seeks a Project Cost Analyst/Controller to support cost control, forecasting and Earned Value Management across a major maintenance program. You will partner with Project Managers, CAMs and stakeholders to provide accurate analysis and recommendations that drive delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities include preparing EVM and project performance reports, analysing cost and schedule variances, and promoting best-practice reporting across the project controls

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Project Controls, Cost Control, Cost Management or project delivery.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience with cost and schedule analysis.
• Strong Excel, data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support cost control, forecasting and EVM for a major maintenance program.
• Prepare and maintain EVM and performance reports with insights on cost and forecast.
• Analyse data, identify trends, variances and risks, and support corrective actions.
• Partner with Project Managers and CAMs to deliver trusted project performance advice.
• Validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and controls processes.
