Job summary

Gilmore Resources is seeking two Program Advisors to support the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads in delivering ICT initiatives. The roles focus on governance, scheduling and financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on PRINCE2 and Agile frameworks.

Based in Carseldine with at least 50% in-office time, these PAYG hourly contracts run 40 hours per week and may be reassigned to CBD projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with PRINCE2, Agile, MSP or similar programme management frameworks.
• Experience in ICT environments; public sector or large organisations preferred.
• Understanding of programme governance artefacts (business cases, PIDs) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and quality‑assuring artefacts (business cases, PIDs, status reports).
• Coordinating governance forums: agendas, minutes, presentations, reports and decision records.
• Maintaining schedules and ensuring resources are requested and allocated.
• Supporting PMs with timesheets and effort allocation.
• Preparing and reconciling financial reports (budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, billing).
• Maintaining risk, issue and change registers.
• Identifying improvements to processes, tools and reporting.
