Job summary

Department of Transport and Main Roads QLD – Brisbane QLD is seeking a Program Advisor (Contract Reporting) to join our team in Brisbane for a temporary opportunity commencing as soon as possible until 6 October 2028.

The role focuses on coordinating, analysing and reporting operational and contract performance information, developing reporting templates and Power BI dashboards, and guiding consistent business practices.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and reporting operational performance information.
• Power BI and DAX experience desirable.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, analyse and report performance information for contracts or suppliers.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, templates, Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Provide guidance materials to support consistent business practices.
• Engage with project teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
