Job summary

PCYC Queensland is seeking a Program Co-ordinator to develop, implement and evaluate the Get Set For Work program at the Whitsundays Youth Club. You will engage participants, deliver tailored programs and report to the Youth Club Manager.

You will supervise youth development, collaborate with PCYC staff, and help widen participation in state youth programs while fostering a positive, inclusive community.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma of Youth Work or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in social and community sector programs.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff and volunteers.
• Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Hold a light rigid driver’s licence or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate the Get Set For Work program.
• Engage participants and deliver programs meeting program needs.
• Supervise youth development and work with staff to widen participation.

Your NewRole

Asthe new Get Set For Work Program Coordinator, you will beresponsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the programto engage participants and deliver programs that meet the needs ofthe initiative. Reporting to the Youth Club Manager, you willsupervise youth development and work with PCYC staff to widenparticipation of Club Members in State Youth Programs. AboutYou
