Weare currently seeking a passionate and motivated Senior ProgramCoordinator to lead the successful development and implementationof our Braking the Cycle program. This role has the flexibility tobe based at any of our Hub & Spoke locations. Braking the Cycle(BTC) is our driver mentor program designed to support learnerdrivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle tocomplete their logbook hours. The aim of the program is to provideyoung people with increased employment opportunities and drivereducation.

Your NewRole

Reporting to theProgram Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing aportfolio of teams, working collaboratively with PCYC Clubs todeliver key performance indicators that are aligned with fundingcontracts and PCYC strategic plans and values. The role will focuson providing operational support to Program Coordinators – Brakingthe Cycle to see them succeed in meeting set targets while buildingteam capability, performance and a positive, values-ledculture.

AboutYou

• Hold (or able toobtain before commencement) a QLD Working with Children Check(Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check
• Ability totravel across the state as required
• Demonstratedexperience in the design, delivery and evaluation of programsto show improved community benefit and growth
• Hold a currentdriver’s licence
• Minimum 5 yearsof experience in a similar role (desirable)
