Job summary

PCYC Queensland is looking for a Program Coordinator to support the Braking the Cycle program at our Rockhampton location. You will help develop partnerships with community organisations to ensure the program’s continuity and youth development.

You will report to the Program Manager and assist in daily operations of the Club, while referring participants to appropriate community services. A Diploma in youth work and 3 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma of youth work or a relevant qualification in the area of practice.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in social and community programs.
• Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteers.
• Demonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributes.

Responsibilities

• Build networks and develop partnerships with community organisations to ensure continuity of the BTC program and youth development.
• Support the Youth Club Manager in daily operational management of the Club and provide referrals to relevant community organisations.

Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor programdesigned to support learner drivers without access to a supervisoror registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. Your NewRole
