PCYC Queensland is seeking a passionate Program Coordinator for the Braking the Cycle program at Nerang. You will help develop partnerships with community organisations to sustain BTC and enhance youth development, while supporting daily operations of the Youth Club.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will coordinate activities, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure referrals to relevant services for program participants.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma of youth work or a relevant qualification
• 3 years’ experience in social and community programs
• Experience supervising staff and volunteers
• Experience working with diverse groups and ages
• Current driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Build networks and partnerships with community organisations to sustain BTC
• Support the Youth Club Manager in daily operations
• Provide appropriate referrals for program participants to community services
