Job summary

The Department of Education Victoria, including the Victorian School Building Authority, is recruiting a Program Advisor for the Asset Assessments Unit to support safe and sustainable learning environments through rolling facilities evaluations and annual contracts.

The role requires strong data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement; hybrid work is available with regular central-office attendance, and the team values collaboration and governance.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of dashboard reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in project management and coordinating cross-team work.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in government or compliance environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, coordinate, produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and briefs to support program delivery.
• Analyse data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate across VSBA and the Department to manage information and processes.
• Maintain project registers for risks, issues, decisions, dependencies and actions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support communication.
