Job summary

Victorian School Building Authority is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Maintenance Planning Branch activities and drive strategic programs across divisions. You will work closely with other program teams and senior leaders to ensure timely delivery and informed decision-making.

The role focuses on strengthening asset management through process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and effective change management, while leading a small team and ensuring alignment with departmental

Qualifications

Experience coordinating across multiple divisions and stakeholder groups.
Ability to analyse complex programs and identify practical solutions.
Strong communication and influential skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Support cross-Divisional activities, including reporting and stakeholder inquiries.
Facilitate strategic implementation of Division programs.
Analyse complex issues and programs to identify solutions.
Develop and refine business processes and communications materials.
Plan and implement effective change management for new programs.
Support a joined-up case management approach for cross-organisational issues.
Provide data, analysis and advice to internal and external stakeholders including the executive team.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture and model strong values.
Lead and provide direction to a small team.
Other duties as required to achieve organisational goals.
