Job summary

Artcraft is a national signage manufacturer seeking a Production Operator to run CNC routers and support sign production across diverse projects. You will operate equipment, handle a variety of fabrication tasks, and contribute to quality output in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers and other production equipment.
• Use hydraulic benders, guillotines, riveters, saws, and hand/power tools.
• Conduct light fabrication using aluminum, steel, Colorbond and other substrates.
• Produce products to specification and schedule.
• Collaborate with other production team members.
• Maintain safe work practices and housekeeping.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality traffic signs and commercial signage products while supporting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating CNC routers and other production equipment

• Using hydraulic benders, guillotines, riveters, saws, and hand and power tools

• Light fabrication using aluminum, steel, Colorbond, and other substrates

• Producing quality products to specification and schedule

• Working collaboratively with other production team members

• Maintaining safe work practices and housekeeping standards

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
