Job summary

Bluefin Resources is seeking a Production Support Engineer (Desktop Support) for a permanent role in Sydney CBD. You will be the first line of support for our SaaS lending platform, handling incidents, triage, and incident communications with stakeholders.

You will perform Windows and device troubleshooting, assist with onboarding new starters, imaging laptops, and work with internal teams to improve the end-user experience as the platform evolves with new infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Windows environment (end user, Microsoft 365 highly regarded).
• General troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with incident management & ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools will be highly valued.
• Fintech or financial services environments would be highly regarded.
• Comfortable working under pressure with experience managing major incidents.

Responsibilities
