Job summary

Bluefin Resources in Sydney is seeking an IT Support Specialist on a permanent hybrid basis. You will provide high-quality technical assistance to internal users and maintain both on-premises and cloud systems.

You will manage Entra ID, M365, Intune, Exchange Online, Azure, and end-user productivity tools, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, and contribute to DevOps initiatives and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, M365, Windows, and Office.
• Intermediate Windows Server administration.
• Experience with public cloud platforms.
• PowerShell and basic scripting experience.
• Networking skills for wired and wireless connectivity.
• Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly and professionally.

A leading Australian Fintech and clearing house is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney CBD.

This role supports internal users by delivering high-quality technical assistance. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining systems, applications, and devices across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support new computers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Manage the Entra ID tenant, Microsoft Business 365, Intune, Exchange Online, and end-user productivity.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate on infrastructure lifecycle across on-premises and cloud-based system.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MacOS, hardware, and software issues.
• Follow internal standards, policies, and best practice guidelines.
• Develop and update technical documentation and user guides.
• Participate in compliance initiatives and provide support for audit requirements.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
• Contribute to cross-team Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives and DevOps practices as needed.
• Assist in cross-team Defender alert & incident response, including investigation, remediation, and reporting.
• Build and maintain secure and reliable systems in alignment with SuperChoice

Key Skills / Experience
