Job summary

Queensland Government is offering a temporary full-time role in Brisbane to lead and support Food Services staff in production areas. The role ensures the highest standards of service by maintaining policies, guidelines, and safety requirements across the kitchen and production spaces.

You will professionally supervise 10-20 FTE, provide day-to-day leadership, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising production staff in food service.
• Proven ability to lead day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and WHS requirements.
• Experience overseeing equipment maintenance and fault reporting.
