Job summary

Turosi Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Planning & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Brisbane. You will develop production schedules, coordinate raw materials and manage inventory to support operations.

You will work closely with Procurement, Production and Suppliers, bringing strong Excel skills and ERP experience to drive planning accuracy and customer service outcomes. This role supports ongoing development within a growing Australian food manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Experience in Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules using MPS planning tools.
• Coordinate raw material and packaging requirements to support production demand.
• Manage inventory levels and stock movements across storage locations.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and in full.
• Monitor stock accuracy and support inventory reporting.
• Work closely with operational stakeholders to balance production requirements and capacity.
• Support reporting, administration and continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and organised Planning & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.

With Turosi currently building a purpose-built, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at the Port of Brisbane, there has never been a better time to join the business. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing operation and play a key role in supporting our future manufacturing capability.

Reporting to the Planning & Procurement Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our production schedules are executed efficiently while maintaining the availability of raw materials and packaging required to support operations.

Working closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse and suppliers, you'll help drive planning accuracy, inventory control and customer service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules using MPS planning tools.

Coordinate raw material and packaging requirements to support production demand.

Manage inventory levels and stock movements across storage locations.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and in full.

Monitor stock accuracy and support inventory reporting.

Work closely with operational stakeholders to balance production requirements and capacity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.

Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S4/HANA, will be highly regarded.
