Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain APAC and leading one direct report, you will play a key role in driving planning excellence, ensuring effective execution of production schedules, and supporting the ongoing development of planning capability within the team.

Working cross-functionally across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations, this role plays a critical part in ensuring uninterrupted supply, efficient use of resources, and minimal waste. • 2. Demand, Supply & Inventory Coordination: Align production with demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets by monitoring raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, while managing shelf-life and avoiding excess or obsolete stock.

  • 3. Stakeholder Collaboration & S&OP: Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service, contributing planning inputs to S&OP and providing clear production updates.

  • 4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track schedule adherence and key KPIs (DIFOT, production attainment, utilisation, inventory, waste), investigate variances, and drive improvements in planning accuracy and execution.

  • 5. Systems & Planning Transformation: Support the transition from Excel-based planning to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central by designing, testing, and embedding automated planning, MRP, and scheduling processes.

  • Experience across both spreadsheet-based planning and ERP-driven environments

  • Practical experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Pronto, or similar)

  • High proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic production environment

  • Clear and confident communicator across shopfloor and office-based teams

  • Organised, disciplined, and able to re-plan quickly under pressure

Who you Are:
  • Detail-oriented with a disciplined and structured planning approach

  • A strong collaborator who works effectively across supply chain and manufacturing teams
