Turosi Pty Ltd in Brisbane seeks a motivated Planning & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team, driving production schedules and ensuring material availability for manufacturing at the Port of Brisbane.

Reporting to the Planning & Procurement Manager, you will collaborate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse and suppliers to balance demand, capacity and service levels, using MPS tools and ERP systems for accurate planning and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis.

• Develop and maintain production schedules using MPS planning tools.
• Coordinate raw material and packaging requirements to support production demand.
• Manage inventory levels and stock movements across storage locations.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and organised Planning & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.

With Turosi currently building a purpose-built, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at the Port of Brisbane, there has never been a better time to join the business. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing operation and play a key role in supporting our future manufacturing capability.

Reporting to the Planning & Procurement Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our production schedules are executed efficiently while maintaining the availability of raw materials and packaging required to support operations.

Working closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse and suppliers, you'll help drive planning accuracy, inventory control and customer service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules using MPS planning tools.
• Coordinate raw material and packaging requirements to support production demand.
• Manage inventory levels and stock movements across storage locations.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and in full.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S4/HANA, will be highly regarded.
