Job summary

CSR is seeking a Production Operator for our Yarraville, VIC factory on a 24/7 rotating shift. You will operate Gyprock workstations, ensuring safe, efficient production with quality and cost controls.

The role involves unloading/ staging products, identifying faults, and supporting continuous improvement. Forklift driving and a willingness to rotate rosters are essential; training provided.

Production Operator– 24/7 Rotating shift (Yarraville, VIC)

• Operating at our Gyprock Factory.
• Continuous rotating shift roster (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am).
• Attractive hourly rate of $34.21/hr + shift allowance CSR benefits.
• Training provided for all candidates.

About The Role

The Production Operator role is a Full-Time position, based at Yarraville, VIC. Reporting to the Supervisor you will be responsible for the operation of the Gyprock workstations and the efficient production of Gyprock plasterboard, while maintaining quality, low cost, and safe work practices.

In This Role You Will

• Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
• Identify and report equipment and product faults.
• Unload and stage (put away) various products.
• Be involved in identifying risks and hazards and contributing to initiatives that focus on improving quality.
• Housekeeping and other duties as required.
• Forklift driving required.(3T or above) – Forklift licence is preferred or willing to obtain.
