What you will do

• Operate machinery, production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Assemble and manufacture garage door components and finished products
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Follow production schedules and team targets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and leaders across the site

What we require

• Strong reliability and attendance
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• High levels of attention to detail
• Good with basic calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks

What we prefer

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Forklift ticket- highly regarded but not required
• Aluminium Welding experience - highly regarded but not required
• Experience operating machinery or hand tools
• Experience working within KPI or target-driven environments
