Job summary

Kilargo, part of the dormakaba group, is recruiting a Production Assistant for the Banyo site to support daily manufacturing workflows. You will handle material cutting, prepare items for assembly, and ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines.

The role emphasizes teamwork and safety in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates demonstrate physical fitness, meticulous attention to detail, and basic maths for measuring.

• Availability Monday – Thursday (5AM – 1:30 pm) & Friday (5am – 11am)

What You Will Do

• Pick and cut metal profiles to production orders


• Sort and prepare materials for assembly teams


• Move materials and trolleys throughout the production area


• Ensure production teams receive materials on time


• Perform basic measuring and cutting tasks


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area


• Assist other production departments when required


• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

What We Require

What We Prefer

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production


• Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one)


• Experience working with metal products or materials


• Basic knowledge of SAP or Microsoft Excel – or willingness to learn
