Job summary

Exposure Group is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and coordinate production from our Seven Hills manufacturing facility in Sydney. You will oversee planning, resourcing, and delivery across diverse projects such as retail displays, exhibitions, and custom joinery, ensuring on-time, safe, and quality outcomes.

You will bring strong manufacturing knowledge, CAD and 3D modelling skills (Fusion 360), and a leadership style that builds capability within the production team while

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing production in a custom or project-based environment.
• Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills with clear communication.
• Practical understanding of manufacturing methods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain visibility of workload, capacity and deadlines.
• Coordinate production priorities with project managers and factory manager.
• Review CAD drawings and 3D models for manufacturability and accuracy.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and resource constraints before impact.
• Coordinate procurement and supplier lead times; manage subcontractors.
