Strawberry Seed Consulting is recruiting an experienced Production Manager for a family-owned joinery and manufacturing business in South Geelong. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate production schedules, lead the team and ensure products meet quality and delivery targets.

This hands-on leadership role emphasises safety, process improvement and efficient workflow, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines for residential and commercial projects.

With a strong pipeline of work, the business is now looking for a capable Production Manager to take ownership of its manufacturing operations and support the continued performance of the production team.

About the Role
